To the membership,

In our recent mailing announcing the August 4 Pinetop Community Association Annual Meeting we sent out proxy voting forms for those who may not be able to attend.

It has now come to our attention that proxy votes are no longer legal per a recent change in Arizona HOA law. Therefore please disregard the solicitation for proxy votes and any we receive will be disposed of.

We truly hope you will be able to attend the meeting on August 4 and participate in the continued support of our community.
